Online Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Online Chat Support Specialist to join our team at Qt Group in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but 1 year of relevant experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will be energetic and hardworking, with strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide online chat support to customers, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and helpful support

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Experience with online chat platforms or customer service is a plus - Fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus)
