Online Client Relations Officer

Job Description: HappyOrNot is seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Officer to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. As an Associate-level position, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in an online customer service or sales environment.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with online clients through regular communication and support - Respond to client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients in using our online platform, providing guidance and troubleshooting as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved - Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any potential concerns - Provide feedback to the development team to improve the online platform based on client feedback - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations

Requirements: - Passionate about providing exceptional client service - Reliable and able to work independently - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong time management and organizational skills - Proficient in using online platforms and tools - Ability to problem-solve and think critically - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
