Online Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Swappie, a leading online platform in Turku, is seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Officer to join their dynamic team. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in client relations. The ideal candidate will be energetic, passionate, innovative, and possess critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Communicate and build relationships with clients through various online platforms - Provide prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries and concerns - Identify and address client needs and concerns to ensure satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience - Proactively seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products/services to clients - Monitor client feedback and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in using online platforms and digital tools - Energetic and passionate about providing exceptional client service - Ability to think innovatively and critically to solve problems - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
