Online Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Huhtamaki is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Client Relations Officer. As a part-time entry-level position, the Online Client Relations Officer will be responsible for managing client relationships through various online channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients through email, chat, and social media platforms to address inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively. 2. Research and analyze client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues and deliver exceptional customer service. 4. Use persuasion skills to upsell products or services to clients and maximize revenue opportunities. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of online marketing strategies to attract and retain clients. 6. Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. 7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company database.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field. 2. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 3. Motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed. 4. Excellent research skills to gather relevant information and insights. 5. Persuasion skills to effectively communicate and influence client decisions. 6. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other online communication tools.
