As an Online Client Relations Representative at Lean Entries, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients in the online sphere. You will be responsible for communicating with clients through various online platforms, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our services.
Key responsibilities include: - Responding to client inquiries and providing timely and accurate information - Building and maintaining relationships with clients through online communication channels - Identifying opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients - Collaborating with other departments to address client issues and resolve conflicts - Keeping accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role - Confident and independent personality traits - Strong persuasion skills and attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Knowledge of online communication platforms and social media channels - Experience with CRM software is a plus
