Online Client Relations Specialist

We are seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team at F-Secure in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage online client communications through various platforms such as email, chat, and social media - Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, issues, and feedback - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns effectively - Monitor client sentiment and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Develop and implement creative strategies to enhance the online client experience - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all client interactions - Utilize strong time management skills to prioritize and handle multiple client requests simultaneously

Requirements: - Resilient and independent individual who can work well in a fast-paced environment - Demonstrated creativity in problem-solving and client engagement - Excellent time management skills to handle a high volume of client communications - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Finnish - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - Experience in client relations or customer service is preferred
