Job Description:
As an Online Client Relations Specialist at UPM-Kymmene in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, your primary responsibility will be to maintain positive relationships with clients through digital platforms. You will be the main point of contact for clients, assisting them with any inquiries, issues, or requests they may have. Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and retention through excellent customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via email, online chat, and social media platforms to address their needs and concerns. 2. Provide product information, assistance, and support to clients in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and technical support to resolve client issues. 4. Monitor and track client interactions to identify trends, feedback, and opportunities for improvement. 5. Maintain accurate records of client communication and transactions in the company's CRM system. 6. Identify sales opportunities and refer leads to the appropriate sales representatives. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, company products, and services to best serve clients. 8. Contribute to the overall success of the client relations team by sharing best practices and feedback.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or a similar role. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 7. Knowledge of digital communication platforms and social media trends. 8. Reliable and adaptable personality traits, with strong time management skills. 9. Able to work part-time hours with flexibility as needed.
