Neles is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Turku, Finland. As an Entry Level position, this role is ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career in client relations and online communication. The Online Client Relations Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our online client interactions and maintaining positive relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities: - Manage online client communications through various channels, including email, chat, and social media - Monitor and respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging online content for clients - Assist in the development and implementation of online client engagement strategies - Track and report on key metrics related to online client interactions - Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless online client experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and customer service orientation - Ability to work independently and proactively - Strategic planning skills to contribute to online client engagement strategies - Basic project management skills to coordinate online client interactions - A keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
