Online Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Kamux is currently seeking an Online Client Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. This part-time role is ideal for an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with clients through online platforms such as email, live chat, and social media - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize online client engagement strategies - Monitor client feedback and track client satisfaction metrics - Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall online client experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure Kamux remains a leader in client relations

Requirements: - Confident and motivated individual with strong communication skills - Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks - High emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients - Previous experience in online client relations or customer service is preferred - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
