Job Description - Online Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:


KONE Corporation is seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and is perfect for individuals who are confident, dedicated, and possess strong people management and emotional intelligence skills.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with online clients through various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media - Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and issues - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client concerns and ensure client satisfaction - Analyze client feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist in the development and implementation of client engagement strategies - Monitor online client reviews and feedback on review sites - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company online


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - 1 year of experience in client relations or customer service - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Confidence and dedication to providing exceptional client service - People management skills and emotional intelligence - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
