Online Client Service Assistant

Basware is seeking a part-time Online Client Service Assistant to join our team in Turku, Finland. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone who is energetic, motivated, and possesses strong presentation and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide online client service support to customers via various communication channels such as email, chat, and phone - Assist clients with navigating our online platform, troubleshooting technical issues, and answering product-related questions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system - Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a client service or customer support role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Energetic and motivated personality with a passion for providing excellent customer service - Presentation and teamwork skills
