Online Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Online Client Service Assistant to join our team at Wärtsilä in Helsinki, Finland. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. We are seeking someone who is reliable, adaptable, and possesses excellent research and planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients seeking assistance or information via online platforms - Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally - Assist with online transactions and provide guidance on our products and services - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience - Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors - Assist with the planning and execution of online client events and webinars - Help maintain and update our online client database - Provide feedback to management on ways to improve the online client experience

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication platforms - Experience with online customer service is a plus
