Online Client Service Associate

Raisio plc, a leading food industry company based in Helsinki, Uusimaa, FI, is seeking a part-time Online Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client services and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Manage online client inquiries and provide excellent customer service via email, chat, and phone - Assist clients with order processing, product information, and issue resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to client inquiries - Monitor and maintain client accounts and ensure data accuracy - Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates - Assist in the development of online client service strategies and initiatives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client service

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Driven and hardworking with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Highly adaptable and able to make decisions independently - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
