Job Description:
Marimekko, a leading Finnish design company known for its original prints and vibrant colors, is seeking a driven and energetic Online Client Service Manager to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent people management and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage online client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels. 2. Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote Marimekko products and services online. 4. Monitor online trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. 5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with online clients to enhance customer loyalty. 6. Prepare reports on online client feedback, sales performance, and customer satisfaction. 7. Stay updated on industry best practices and implement new strategies to enhance the online client experience.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. At least 5 years of experience in online client service or customer relations. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketing strategies.
