Job Description - Online Client Service Manager


Job Description: Swappie is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Client Service Manager to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. As the Online Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the overall client service experience for our online customers. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, with a requirement of 8 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for online customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall online client service experience - Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services to online clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client service management - Manage and motivate a team of online client service representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery - Develop and implement training programs for the online client service team to enhance their skills and capabilities - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - 8 years of proven experience in online client service management - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Strong soft skills, including creativity and adaptability - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficiency in CRM software and online communication tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred) - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
