Job Description:
Wärtsilä is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Client Service Manager to join our team in Espoo. The Online Client Service Manager will be responsible for managing the online client service operations and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance online client service delivery. 2. Manage online client inquiries and provide timely responses and solutions. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and concerns. 4. Monitor client satisfaction and feedback to continuously improve service quality. 5. Analyze data and metrics to track online client service performance and identify areas for improvement. 6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide cutting-edge service to clients. 7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to enhance loyalty and retention. 8. Drive online sales and revenue growth through effective client service strategies. 9. Lead and mentor a team of online client service representatives to ensure high performance and productivity.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in online client service management or a similar role. 3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding online client service targets and KPIs. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 7. Proficiency in CRM software and online service platforms. 8.
