Online Client Service Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team at Infinited Fiber Company as an Online Client Service Officer. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various online channels. This part-time role is based in Helsinki, Uusimaa, Finland.

Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to client inquiries through email, chat, and social media platforms - Provide support to clients regarding product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for online client communications - Identify opportunities for improvement in client service processes and systems - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or client relations - Proficiency in online communication tools and platforms - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Driven and results-oriented mindset - Experience working in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of textiles or sustainability is a plus
