Online Client Service Representative

Job Description:

ICEYE, a pioneering technology company in the space industry, is seeking an Online Client Service Representative to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are motivated, dedicated, creative, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Interact with clients through online channels, such as email, chat, and social media, to provide support and answer inquiries. - Assist clients with product information, pricing, and order processing. - Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and follow-up on client requests. - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Excellent problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and online communication tools.
