**Job Description:**

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Client Service Representative to join our team at Paulig in Helsinki, FI. As an Online Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various online channels.

**Responsibilities:**

- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms. - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner. - Manage and update customer accounts and information as needed. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any discrepancies. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. - Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve customer experience.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in customer service or a related field for at least 1 year. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills. - Resilient and resourceful attitude to handle challenging situations. - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members. - Proficiency in utilizing online tools and platforms. - Experience in e-commerce or online retail is a plus.
