Online Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Valio is looking for a part-time Online Client Service Representative to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role. The ideal candidate will be driven and passionate about providing exceptional service to our online clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with order placement, product information, and general inquiries - Resolve customer complaints and issues with care and efficiency - Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the online client experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide feedback to the management team on potential areas for improvement in the online client service process

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Driven and passionate about delivering exceptional service - People management and planning skills
