Online Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

Blueprint Genetics is seeking a part-time Online Client Service Specialist located in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in client services. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, motivated, possess emotional intelligence, and be skilled in decision-making.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional online client service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 2. Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate when necessary. 4. Maintain accurate client records and communication logs in the CRM system. 5. Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure client needs are met. 6. Assist with online order processing and payment inquiries. 7. Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve customer service processes.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client service role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Experience in the healthcare or genetics industry is a plus. 7. Fluent in English, Finnish language skills are a bonus.
