Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic Online Client Support Assistant to join our team at Outokumpu in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. As an entry-level position, this role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are driven, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow within a supportive environment.
Responsibilities: - Provide online support to clients through various channels, including email, chat, and phone calls - Assist clients with inquiries, product information, and order processing - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to clients in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience - Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate client records and track customer interactions - Identify opportunities for improvement in client support processes and procedures - Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and best practices
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role - Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with clients - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Presentation skills and creativity to engage clients and provide solutions - A proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
