Online Client Support Officer

Job Description:

M-Files is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Officer to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. As an Associate Level position, the Online Client Support Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients in an online setting. This role requires a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to clients via email, chat, and phone - Assist clients with technical issues and troubleshooting - Act as a liaison between clients and internal technical teams - Ensure client satisfaction by addressing all inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve client support processes - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issue resolutions

Requirements: - Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong critical thinking skills to effectively troubleshoot and solve problems - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of CRM software and online support tools - Fluency in English and Finnish
