Online Client Support Officer

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and independent Online Client Support Officer to join our team at Enevo in Tampere, Finland. As an entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing online support to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries through online platforms such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Provide technical support and guidance to clients on our products and services. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the client experience. 6. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role. 2. Strong people management skills and the ability to work well independently. 3. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. 4. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 5. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
