Online Client Support Officer

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Online Client Support Officer to join our team at Normet in Helsinki, Finland. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent online support to clients via email, chat, and phone, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Monitor client accounts and provide proactive assistance to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. 3. Collaborate with other departments to address client needs and improve the overall customer experience. 4. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in the client support process. 5. Assist in creating and updating support documentation for clients.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to adapt to new technologies and platforms quickly. 3. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Experience with CRM systems and online support tools.
