Online Client Support Representative

Job Description:

F-Secure is seeking a dedicated and motivated Online Client Support Representative to join our team in Turku, Finland. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through online channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and issues through email, chat, and online forums in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate and effective technical support to clients experiencing issues with F-Secure products. 3. Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues. 4. Maintain a thorough understanding of F-Secure products and services to better assist clients. 5. Collaborate with colleagues to improve overall client experience and satisfaction. 6. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling F-Secure products and services to clients. 7. Document client interactions and feedback to assist in product improvement.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role. 2. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively persuade and influence clients. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards issue resolution. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 5. Familiarity with F-Secure products and services is a plus. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. 7. Proficiency in English and Finnish languages.
