Online Client Support Representative

Job Description: Blueprint Genetics is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Representative to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. This role is perfect for an entry-level professional with at least 1 year of experience who is adaptable, driven, and possesses strong negotiation and research skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to clients via various communication channels, including email, chat, and social media - Assist clients with any inquiries, issues, or concerns they may have regarding our services or products - Conduct research to find solutions to client inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses - Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any escalated issues - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow up as needed - Continuously strive to improve the client support process and suggest new ideas for enhancing the customer experience

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to handle difficult client interactions with professionalism - Proven research abilities to find solutions to complex client inquiries - High level of adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently
