Online Client Support Specialist

Job Description:

Next Games is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Specialist to join our team in Helsinki, Uusimaa. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are driven, energetic, and possess strong attention to detail and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent online support to clients through various channels such as email, chat, and social media - Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and escalate as needed - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Assist in the development and implementation of support processes and procedures - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients

Requirements: - Previous experience in customer service or support roles preferred - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in using various online platforms and tools - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively - Availability to work flexible hours as needed
