As an Online Contact Center Assistant at Seriously Digital Entertainment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online community. This part-time role, based in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI, is ideal for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback via online chat, email, and social media platforms - Resolving customer issues and escalating to the appropriate team when necessary - Assisting with troubleshooting technical issues related to our products and services - Maintaining a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions - Collaborating with other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction - Tracking and reporting on customer feedback and trends to improve our services - Providing support during peak hours and handling occasional overtime as needed
Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Resilient and able to handle difficult situations with patience and grace - Driven and motivated to exceed customer expectations - People management skills to effectively navigate customer interactions - Planning skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
