Online Contact Center Assistant

Curious AI is seeking a motivated and driven Online Contact Center Assistant to join our dynamic team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. This part-time, entry-level position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field of online customer service and support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide feedback to the team on ways to improve the customer experience - Assist with additional projects and tasks as needed

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using online communication tools and platforms - High attention to detail and accuracy - Able to work independently and as part of a team - Project management skills are a plus - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role
