Online Contact Center Associate

YIT Corporation, a leading construction and real estate development company based in Helsinki, is seeking a part-time Online Contact Center Associate to join our team. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage incoming customer inquiries through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and questions in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Assist in the development of online customer service strategies and procedures - Contribute to the overall improvement of customer satisfaction and retention rates

Requirements: - Independent and resilient personality traits - Strong analytical skills and ability to negotiate effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
