Online Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

Finnlines is seeking a part-time Online Contact Center Associate to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be independent, driven, have strong planning skills, and possess excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via online chat, email, and social media platforms. 2. Providing excellent customer service and assistance, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner. 3. Processing customer orders, reservations, and payments accurately. 4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. 4. Proficiency in computer systems and software, with experience using CRM tools preferred. 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 6. High attention to detail and accuracy.
