Job Description - Online Contact Center Manager


Job Description:


ZenRobotics is seeking a dedicated and reliable Online Contact Center Manager to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: - Manage the daily operations of the online contact center, including overseeing a team of customer service representatives - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues and address any concerns in a timely manner - Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure high-quality service delivery - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software - Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role - Familiarity with online communication channels and social media platforms - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
