Job Description - Online Contact Center Manager

Job Description:


Marimekko, a renowned Finnish design company, is seeking a passionate and experienced Online Contact Center Manager to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. As the Online Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for managing our online customer service operations, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers. This is a part-time role at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 8 years of relevant experience.


Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online contact center, including managing a team of customer service representatives. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the online customer service experience and improve customer satisfaction. - Monitor and analyze customer feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure a cohesive online customer experience. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service. - Train and mentor team members to uphold company standards and provide exceptional service. - Handle complex customer inquiries or issues that require escalation.


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in online customer service or contact center management. - Proven track record of successfully managing a team and improving customer service processes. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Independent and energetic personality with a passion for customer service. - Soft skills in research and innovation to continuously improve processes. - Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
