Online Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and resourceful Online Contact Center Officer to join our team at TietoEVRY in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. As an Entry Level position, no previous experience is required, but a minimum of 1 year in a customer service or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via online channels such as chat, email, and social media - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our products and services - Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize planning and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers - Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Participate in training and development opportunities to improve skills

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred - Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent planning and presentation skills - Ability to think on your feet and problem-solve quickly - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies - Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility to accommodate varying shifts
