Online Contact Center Specialist

Job Description: Altia is looking for a dedicated and independent Online Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Turku, Finland. As an Associate Level specialist with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing online customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Provide product information and technical support as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the online contact center - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist with training new team members and providing guidance as needed

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proven track record of innovation and process improvement - Experience with people management or leadership is a plus - Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
