Online Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:

As an Online Contact Center Specialist at Finnlines in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through various online channels. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through online chat, email, and social media platforms - Assisting customers with booking reservations, providing information on services, and addressing any concerns they may have - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and facilitate smooth communication - Utilizing strategic planning to improve online customer service processes and procedures - Demonstrating leadership skills in managing customer interactions and ensuring a positive experience - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
