Tamturbo is currently looking for an Online Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required. As an Online Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for interacting with customers through various online channels, resolving inquiries, providing information, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information through online channels such as chat, email, and social media - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
