Online Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

Varjo Technologies is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Online Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Vantaa, Finland. As a part-time Associate level position with a focus on customer care, this role is perfect for someone with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support via email, chat, and phone - Assist customers with product related questions, technical support, and troubleshooting - Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify and escalate any potential issues or feedback to management for resolution - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic personality with the ability to adapt to changing priorities - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Creativity and innovation to proactively solve customer issues - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
