Online Customer Care Associate

Job Description: We are looking for a part-time Online Customer Care Associate to join our team at Yeply in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. As an Associate Level role, we are seeking candidates with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and driven, possessing strong soft skills in persuasion and project management.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution - Proactively engage with customers to drive sales and encourage repeat business - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate customer records and data entry in our CRM system - Provide feedback to the team on customer trends, issues, and suggestions for improvement

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in CRM systems and a good understanding of online communication channels
