Canatu, a leading developer and manufacturer of innovative 3D formed and stretchable films for flexible and shapeable touch sensors, is seeking a passionate and resilient Online Customer Care Manager to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer care or related roles.
Responsibilities: - Manage all customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media. - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. - Monitor customer feedback and address any trends or issues that may arise. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded. - Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall online customer experience. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Canatu products and services in order to effectively assist customers. - Create reports and analysis on customer care performance and make recommendations for improvement. - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in online customer care.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. - Experience working in a fast-paced online environment. - Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Innovative thinking and persuasive communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Flexibility to work remotely and outside normal business hours.
