Job Description - Online Customer Care Manager

Job Description: Wolt is looking for a talented and experienced Online Customer Care Manager to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. As a Mid-to-Senior level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in customer service or related fields.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of online customer care representatives to ensure excellent customer service - Develop and implement effective customer care strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing and Product Development, to enhance the overall customer experience - Train, coach, and mentor customer care team members to ensure high performance and job satisfaction - Develop and maintain customer care KPIs to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer care


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in a customer care management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and team management abilities - Driven and motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Strong planning and organization skills - Persuasion and negotiation skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
