Job Description:
Third Space Auto, a leading automotive technology company based in Helsinki, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Online Customer Care Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for managing our online customer care operations and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement online customer care strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. 2. Manage a team of online customer care representatives and provide ongoing training and support. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and online reviews to identify areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and provide timely resolutions. 5. Implement metrics and KPIs to measure the performance of the online customer care team. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer care.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in online customer care or related roles. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Resilient and energetic personality traits. 5. Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 7. Proficiency in CRM software and online communication tools.
