Job Description:
Smartly.io is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Officer to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and providing technical support via email, chat, and phone. 2. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Managing customer accounts and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. 4. Collaborating with other teams to address customer needs and improve the overall customer experience. 5. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
Requirements: - Resilient and driven personality traits. - Strong problem-solving skills and time management abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Experience in a customer service or support role. - Proficiency in using customer support tools and software. - Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
