Online Customer Care Representative

Job Description:

Beneq, a leading company in the field of thin film technology, is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Representative to join our team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, Finland. As an Associate level role, we require candidates with at least 2 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be reliable, independent, creative, and have excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner through online platforms such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Provide product information, pricing, and assistance with order processing. 3. Resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and understanding. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Recommend improvements to customer care processes and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to think on your feet. 4. Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision. 5. Creative mindset and attention to detail. 6. Proficiency in using online customer care platforms. 7. Fluent in English and Finnish.
