Job Description:
Huhtamaki is currently seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Helsinki, Uusimaa, FI. As an Entry Level role, no prior experience is required, but ideal candidates will possess a strong sense of independence and confidence, as well as excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through various online platforms, such as email, chat, and social media - Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction - Process and track customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate information - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Monitor and analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service is preferred but not required - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Confidence in handling challenging situations with professionalism - Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with online customer service platforms is a plus
