Online Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Measur is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and hardworking, with excellent persuasion and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: -Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner -Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries -Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently -Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance -Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions -Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience -Stay up-to-date on company products and policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: -3 years of experience in a customer service role -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal -Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software -Fluency in Finnish and English is required; additional languages are a plus
