Online Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Elliptic Labs is seeking a reliable and driven Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI on a part-time basis at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media - Resolving customer concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Managing and escalating customer feedback to relevant departments - Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills - Strong critical thinking abilities - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Reliable and driven personality traits - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
