Online Customer Service Assistant

Elisa Corporation is seeking a dedicated Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are just starting their career and have a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service in an online setting.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email, chat, and social media platforms - Provide product information and assistance with online orders - Assist customers with account maintenance and troubleshooting technical issues - Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
