Online Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

MariaDB is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Helsinki, Uusimaa. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required. We are looking for a driven and energetic individual with strong emotional intelligence and people management skills to assist our online customers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer issues related to our products and services. 3. Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and order processing. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide seamless customer service and support. 5. Document customer interactions and feedback to improve overall customer satisfaction. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 7. Work closely with the Customer Service Manager to continuously improve processes and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. 2. Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. 3. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 4. Demonstrated emotional intelligence and empathy towards customers. 5. Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
